Susan Prosser Holistic Therapy

It’s almost advent calendar time! Eeep! Exciting!

In the meantime, I wanted to give a little shout out to my fabulously talented friend Susan, of Susan Prosser Holistic Therapy. As a lot of you already know, I have problems with my muscles arising from my medical conditions. Susan is the first therapist I’ve found who hasn’t been fazed by this or unnecessarily gentle. She’s confident and, wow, does she know her stuff! After the first massage I discovered a range of movement in my neck I hadn’t realised I’d been missing. It had been so long, I’d just come to accept that that was how my neck was. Well, it isn’t anymore!

One of the best things about her service is that she’s mobile, so you can put your onesie on immediately (and I always do!!) and spend the rest of the day blissed out. She offers pamper party services too.

She’s also lovely, which is why you’ll note I now refer to her as a friend. She’s a great one of those too. Head over to her website (here) or Facebook page (here) for a little mooch and if you’re after a massage or other treatment, you know who to call!

Competition update (sorry it’s late!)

I’m just mooching about on the blog in preparation for December’s posts and realised that I’ve not actually mentioned the competition winner here on WordPress (although I did on the Facebook page)

The winner was Courtney Tinkler. If you want to see what she thinks of all her goodies, head on over to the Facebook page!

There will be another giveaway in around March, so keep your eyes peeled. Thank you all so much for taking part. You’re all awesome. 😀

I’ll be back in December and January for my regular beauty advent calendar blogs, so speak soon! 🙂
